Dancing With the Starsis easily one of the most highly anticipated shows to watch on television. Between the sexy, sultry dances, the miniscule costumes, and equally attractive contestants, it’s no wonder so many tune in, hoping for a wardrobe malfunction or dramatic ballroom exit.

This year one pro dancer will be sorely missed. Maksim Chmerkovskiyhas decided not to come back for Season Six, leaving thousands of female fans in agony and distress. Arguably the hottest pro dancer on the show, he has left us wondering what exactly is below the belt. He was just wondering when his next vacation was.

Last December he shared with PEOPLE that the grueling schedule was taking a toll on him, and he needed a break. “After coming down from two seasons back-to-back, 10 weeks each season — 14 weeks, if you count all of the rehearsals — it puts a lot of pressure on a person and it takes its toll,” Chmerkovskiy said. What exactly will the stud be working on when he’s not on the show? He has just finished up another DWTS fitness DVD with Cheryl Burke and he will continue to teach at his Rising Star Dance Academy in Saddlebrook, N.J.
